At Arena Mobility, we understand that travel plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations, reservation changes, and refunds are handled for our transportation services.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service will not incur any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the total amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the total amount.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp to a direct advisor and will only be considered valid once confirmed by our team.
2. Cancellations by Arena Mobility
Arena Mobility reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or emergencies. In such cases, customers will be offered:
- An alternative date, subject to availability.
- A full refund of the amount paid.
3. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to the cancellation notice provided before the scheduled service date. The closer the cancellation is to the pickup date, the lower the eligible refund amount may be.
- More than 5 days in advance: 100% refund.
- 5 days in advance: 80% refund.
- 4 days in advance: 60% refund.
- 3 days in advance: 40% refund.
- 2 days in advance: 20% refund.
- Less than 24 hours: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days after official cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during booking.
- Depending on your bank or card provider, additional delays may apply.
4. Changes to Reservations
- Reservation changes are accepted with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
- For last-minute changes, please contact our customer service team directly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- No-shows or failure to provide accurate pickup details.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup.
- Refusal to comply with our Terms and Conditions during service.
6. Refund Requests and Contact
All refund requests must be submitted in writing through our official WhatsApp channel or email and must include your full name, booking number, and cancellation reason. Refunds will only be processed once the cancellation is confirmed by a member of our team.
