These Terms and Conditions govern the use of transportation services offered by Arena Mobility. By booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Arena Mobility provides private ground transportation in the Riviera Maya, including airports, hotels, and specific destinations. Services are by reservation only.
2. Booking and Payment
- Bookings must be made in advance via website, WhatsApp, or authorized channels.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm.
- Prices are in USD and vary by distance, vehicle type, and passenger count.
- Payments are processed via Stripe or credit/debit cards.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate flight and contact information.
- Be ready at the pickup location. A 15-minute grace period applies.
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances allowed inside vehicles.
4. Company Responsibilities
We ensure timely pickups based on traffic. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, or force majeure.
5. Modifications
All changes are subject to our Cancellation Policy and must be confirmed in writing.
6. Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Quintana Roo.
